Bill worked for the Coca-Cola Company for 29 years, 20 of these in a leadership capacity. He has two coaching certifications, one with the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching and the other with the John Maxwell organization. Bill’s expertise is in the career coaching, transition, and placement of business professionals, assisting them in the clarification of their career aspirations, and in the development and execution of a targeted job search plan. Rachel’s early professional experience was at Goldman Sachs in Operations and at Bridgewater Associates in HR. From there, she was trained as a coach at NYU and became a certified coach through the International Coach Federation. After this, she worked in HR Research at Aon Hewitt and attained her Technology MBA at NYU Stern.
