More about Rachel
I have dedicated the last 10 years of my career to supporting clients in pursuing more fulfilling careers. I started my career as an Employment Advisor and Work Readiness Specialist with the California Welfare-to-Work program, and subsequently spent four years as an agency and corporate recruiter with global companies placing top industry talent.
Having honed my skills in business and talent acquisition, I was eager to provide greater access to career opportunities for marginalized groups in corporate America, and so joined Year Up (a national non-profit organization) as an Employment Placement Manager. There I had the privilege of coaching talented young adults in earning internships and jobs in the tech and IT space in Seattle. In 2020, I earned my CPCC (Certified Professional Career Coach) certification from the Professional Association of Resume Writers and Career Coaches.
Coaching Approach:
We will work together to co-design your career path. As your coach I will provide expertise, guidance, structure, and encouragement. I will also hold you accountable to your goals and empower you to take charge of your career with the tools and resources I offer.
I help you identify your unique strengths and explore the special value you will bring to your next employer, as well as any roadblocks that may be holding you back from reaching your goals.
