Elsa Vazquez launched her own coaching and consulting firm in 2012 after holding positions such as sales executive, city commissioner, sales manager, and, most recently, as a career coach for a coding bootcamp organization. Her consultancy services clients domestically and internationally and assists them with achieving their career and life goals as a certified professional coach and with the implementation of sales and marketing strategies.
She believes people can develop personalized sales and negotiation conversations resulting in a strategic job search process, and Elsa supports this effort through her coaching services and years of experience. Not long ago, I was a first-time candidate granted an extended office term after generating the highest votes and exceeding incumbents’ goals. In 2010, I ran for office. Throughout my grassroots campaign, I canvassed the neighborhood with door-to-door visits, implementing cold-calling and marketing techniques, engaging hundreds of constituents. This experience confirmed the effectiveness of sales skills in any setting. As a career coach, I use my 17+ years of medical sales knowledge and training to help professionals and career-seekers develop a personalized sales and negotiation conversation which increases confidence, improves leadership abilities, and gets them hired.
