$50K Job at 19 or CSE Degree?

Hey everyone, so I’m not sure what to do here to be honest. My brother is soon to get a promotion at a bank as a Financial Manager I believe and he’s been saying it would be a good idea to get a job as a Financial Advisor under his team and make about $50k + bonus. I’m conflicted because I don’t know if I want to get my computer science & engineering degree or take him up on this offer. I’d have to complete my series 7 & others tests but yeah I’m just not sure.

I still live at home with no rent & the CSE program would be $30k in total unless I’m able to land this full scholarship.
