I'm a software developer and after 2 months, I'm just fed up with this place. No one works together on anything. Features take months to get out the door because there's a fully custom framework on top of standard stuff. Only one guy really understands it, but since he's now the architect, he has no time or patience to help us lowly plebs out.
So obviously I can't say all that in an interview. But if asked, what do I say? Can I say it just isn't a good fit?
